So a few weeks ago I went grocery shopping, and found Tilapia Fish Fillets on sale. Of course I swooped them up, got home and thought crap how am I going to prep these. They sat in my freezer for about a week and a half before my awesome Auntie said, "Watch this!" The following is her awesome recipe that's perfect for a quick week-night meal.

1 Packet Taco Seasoning
Preheat the oven to 350-400 degrees. Depending on how quick you need dinner.
Grease your baking dish.
Place your fish in the dish, be careful of overlapping so it will cook evenly.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over fish.
Place in oven and cook, checking on it every ten minutes or so until fish flakes with a fork.
Serve with your favorite taco set up.
Or try something different. Grab your tortilla, and fish. Fix with coleslaw, and guacamole.
