Anyways, so first things first. Mix the cake mix according to the box.
Then mix one table spoon of sugar and one tablespoon of cinnamon in a separate bowl.
Put your cupcake papers in your muffin tin, and fill your tins about three-fourths full. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Take your bowl of sugar-cinnamon mixture and spoon a little into each cupcake, stir with your toothpick. Just make pretty swirls. Throw em in the oven about 20 minutes. Depending on your oven. Mine is super old and a piece of crap, but ultimately like with all cakes you want to be able to test it with a toothpick, and it come out clean.
While those are baking get your cream cheese. Put it in a bowl in the microwave for about 30 seconds, just to warm it a bit. Get a mixer and add a half cup of sugar to the cream cheese. Blend it well. Taste, if it still has a bitter cream cheese taste keep adding a little sugar at a time. Until you reach your desired tastes. Or you could also just go buy some cream cheese frosting and zap it a little. Your choice. For me I was broke that week. Wanted something sweet, and just happened to have all these random ingredients.
After your cupcakes are baked let them cool long enough so they won't burn your mouth. Drizzle your icing over the top, letting it soak into the cupcakes. Enjoy! We ate these for dessert and even some for breakfast. They literally tasted like a fluffy cinnamon roll! So good!!
