What you need:
Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1 C Flour
1 C Milk
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom
Prep your flour and milk.
Season your flour with Montreal Seasoning and Garlic Salt to taste.
Dip your pork in flour then milk and back to flour again. Cook in a skillet (cast-iron is my favorite) with olive oil (other oil is fine) on medium high heat. Cook about 6 minutes each side. Until cooked throughly.
Meanwhile cook rice per directions on package.
Pour can of cream of mushroom into another pan. Fill can with hot water swirl and pour into pan heat until mixed and warm.
Lay a bed of rice on the plate top with a pork chop and spoon cream of mushroom on top.
